America's residential market leader
of the U.S. residential solar module market in 2025

AMERICA'S #1 RESIDENTIAL SOLAR PANEL BRAND
Qcells led the U.S. residential solar module market with 38.5% market share in 2025, according to Wood Mackenzie.
Qcells created Axia to bring greater coordination to a traditionally fragmented solar process. Through one connected platform, homeowners can access Qcells technology, EnFin financing, professional project delivery and long-term support.
All Star Solar serves as your authorized local point of access and guidance within the Axia by Qcells ecosystem. We help you understand your electricity usage, utility-rate exposure, solar-and-battery design considerations and available payment options before you make a decision.
If you choose to proceed, your final proposal and agreement are issued through Axia and/or EnFin, as applicable—not through a separate All Star Solar contract. Axia's project professionals then guide the system through design, installation and activation.

THE ALL STAR SOLAR BLUEPRINT™
Most solar conversations begin with equipment and a monthly payment. All Star Solar begins with the complete decision: how your home uses power, when it uses power, how California utility rules affect the design, what each payment option means and who remains responsible after installation.
The result is your personalized All Star Solar Blueprint™—a preliminary solar-and-storage strategy designed around your home, backed by a clearly explained Qcells, Axia and EnFin pathway.

Usage, utility rate structure, seasonal demand and evening consumption.
Preliminary solar production, battery capacity and future energy needs.
Ownership, fixed-payment lease and production-guaranteed PPA when available.
A clear explanation of charges that may remain after solar.
Applicable warranties, service responsibilities and important agreement terms.
A clear home-specific recommendation—including when solar may not be the right fit.
Before you compare solar companies, compare the quality of the decision process behind their proposal. The All Star Solar Blueprint™ is a preliminary educational and design review—not a final engineering plan, proposal, savings guarantee or utility-rate prediction. Final specifications, estimates, pricing, eligibility and terms are established in the applicable proposal and written agreements.
YOUR PERSONAL CALIFORNIA SOLAR CONSULTANTFor more than 40 years, I have helped homeowners make important decisions about their homes as a licensed builder. For the past 11 years, I have brought that same experience to solar.
That background allows me to look beyond the equipment and consider the entire home—how it uses energy, how solar and battery storage should work together, and what makes long-term financial sense for the homeowner.
“Experience has taught me that the right recommendation begins with listening. Every home is different, and every homeowner deserves honest answers, thoughtful design, and the confidence to make the decision that is right for them.”

For qualifying California homeowners, an EnFin third-party ownership plan can replace the equipment purchase with a provider-owned solar-and-battery system. Choose a fixed-payment lease built for predictability or a PPA with contractual production protection—available across eligible California utility territories.
Choose the protection and payment structure that fits your priorities.See how solar and battery storage can help California homeowners take greater control of electricity costs and prepare for power outages.
You pay a fixed monthly amount for the use of the approved solar-and-battery system while EnFin retains ownership.
You purchase the electricity produced by the approved system under the pricing formula stated in your agreement while EnFin retains ownership.
With an EnFin Power Purchase Agreement delivered through Axia by Qcells, EnFin owns the approved solar-and-battery system and you purchase the electricity it produces at the rate established in your agreement.
Choose an available 25-year plan with a defined starting rate and stated annual increase—or an available fixed-rate structure—depending on the selected program.
You know the terms before you sign.EnFin owns and monitors the system. Covered maintenance, repairs and labor remain the provider’s responsibility under the agreement, with applicable battery replacement and a 90% production guarantee during the initial 25-year term.
If production falls below the guaranteed amount, the agreement provides an underproduction reconciliation process beginning after the first 24 months and annually thereafter.
That creates accountability. All Star Solar designs around your bill, roof and energy use; Axia and the appropriate project professionals then review and finalize the approved home-specific system.
Under California’s current net-billing rules, sending excess solar electricity to the grid during the day may be far less valuable than using that energy yourself.
Battery storage allows an appropriately designed system to save daytime solar energy for expensive evening hours. When the selected battery and system are configured for backup, stored energy may also help keep essential household needs operating during an outage—including refrigeration, lighting, phones, computers and selected circuits—subject to battery capacity and final system design.
See how a battery can store solar energy produced during the day for use during evening peak-rate hours—and, when properly designed and configured, support selected household needs during an outage.
*Lease and PPA availability, eligibility, payment structure, term, equipment, backup capability, service coverage, transfer, prepayment, buyout, production calculations, exclusions and remedies are governed by the homeowner’s final EnFin and project agreements. The EnFin lease described here does not include a contractual production guarantee. Any PPA production guarantee is based on the approved production estimate and does not guarantee utility-bill savings.
WHEN 25 YEARS HAS TO MEAN SOMETHING
The residential solar industry has learned this the hard way. Harvard Business School reported that roughly 100 U.S. solar companies filed for bankruptcy protection from 2023 through mid-2026. Recognizable residential names in that period included Vision Solar, Titan Solar Power, SunPower Corporation, Lumio, Sunnova and Freedom Forever—the latter one of America's largest residential installers before its April 2026 Chapter 11 filing.
When an installer or dealer closes, its own workmanship, service or labor commitments may become difficult—or impossible—to obtain. Separate equipment-manufacturer warranties may continue, but only under the manufacturer's written terms and claims process.
That is why homeowners should evaluate more than the number printed on a warranty. They should also evaluate the manufacturer, the product, the written coverage and the organization expected to support it years from now.
All warranties are provided only by the entities identified in the final product, installation and financing documents and remain subject to their complete terms, exclusions and claim procedures. All Star Solar does not independently issue or guarantee Qcells, installer or financing warranties. Corporate scale does not guarantee future performance or payment of claims.

BUILT IN GEORGIA. INVESTED IN AMERICA.
Axia by Qcells brings homeowners into the same Qcells platform that manufactures their solar technology. Qcells is making one of the industry's largest commitments to U.S. manufacturing—expanding facilities in Dalton and Cartersville, Georgia, and building a more dependable domestic supply chain.
America's first and only vertically integrated silicon-based solar factory. Cartersville is designed to make the major components—from ingot and wafer to cell and finished panel—under one roof.

Solar is more than panels on a roof—it is a long-term home energy system. Thoughtful planning helps solar production, battery storage and your household's electricity needs work together.
A Senior Solar Design Consultant begins by understanding how your household actually uses electricity—including historical consumption, utility rates, seasonal demand, evening usage, roof characteristics, battery objectives and anticipated future needs.
Those details shape a thoughtfully sized preliminary solar-and-battery design before the project advances through final site verification, engineering and installation.
An online estimate may begin with an address and a monthly payment, but it may not fully account for when and how your household uses electricity—or how those needs could change.
A personal design consultation helps you understand what is being recommended, why it is being recommended and how the complete energy strategy is intended to work for your home.
Your system should be designed around your home—not around a sales quota or monthly payment.A poorly planned system could leave a homeowner with both a solar payment and a significant remaining utility bill. Final system requirements are verified by the appropriate project, engineering and installation professionals.
ONE HOME. DIFFERENT WAYS FORWARD.
There is no universally “best” solar payment plan. The right answer depends on your cash, tax situation, time horizon and preference for ownership. We make the differences visible.
Watch how available solar payment options can make Qcells solar and battery storage accessible—then compare ownership, a fixed-payment lease and a production-guaranteed PPA below.
Under either available EnFin TPO structure, EnFin owns the approved solar-and-battery system. The important difference is what you pay for and which contractual protections apply: the lease offers a fixed equipment-use payment, while the PPA covers the electricity produced and includes production protection.
Qualifying homeowners across California utility territories may be able to choose an Axia/EnFin solar-and-battery TPO plan without purchasing the equipment themselves. The design is then tailored to the customer’s utility rules, rate structure and energy use.
Guarantees 90% of the approved production estimate during the initial 25-year term, subject to the agreement.
Covered maintenance, repairs and labor during the agreement term, subject to exclusions and limitations.
Applicable battery storage is covered for replacement when required under the program terms.
Production is monitored, with underproduction reconciliation beginning after the first 24 months and annually thereafter.
All Star Solar begins with a customized preliminary design based on the homeowner’s bill, usage, roof and goals. Axia and the appropriate project professionals then review and finalize the system under the selected TPO program’s requirements. The result must be an approved, home-specific design—not a generic panel count—before installation moves forward.
EnFin TPO availability extends across eligible California utility territories, but each property, applicant, utility and project remains subject to program requirements. “NEM 3.0” commonly refers to California’s Net Billing Tariff for new eligible systems in PG&E, SCE and SDG&E territories; other utilities operate under their own applicable tariffs and rules. Payments, term, equipment, service, transfer, prepayment, buyout, production calculations, exclusions and remedies are controlled by the homeowner’s final EnFin and project agreements. The EnFin lease described here does not include a contractual production guarantee. The PPA’s 90% guarantee is based on the approved production estimate—not a guarantee of utility-bill savings. Battery replacement applies only when included equipment and agreement requirements qualify. California tariff information.
A third-party ownership agreement creates a long-term relationship. You deserve to know the scale of the enterprise behind the connected companies serving your home.
EnFin is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qcells. Qcells is part of Hanwha—one of South Korea’s largest business enterprises, with operations spanning energy, finance, aerospace, manufacturing and advanced technology.
Scale measured for an enduring relationship.
Hanwha reports more consolidated assets than any one of California’s three major investor-owned utility parent companies.
Your EnFin TPO plan connects Qcells solar technology, Qcells energy storage, Axia’s project platform and EnFin’s homeowner agreement within one broader Hanwha ecosystem. That connected structure matters when your agreement may extend for 25 years and includes monitoring and applicable service obligations. A qualifying PPA also includes the contractual production commitments stated in that agreement.
A 25-year energy relationship should be supported by more than promises. It should be connected to enduring financial strength.Asset figures are approximate and based on the latest cited consolidated financial statements available when published. PG&E Corporation is the parent of Pacific Gas and Electric Company; Sempra is the parent of SDG&E; Edison International is the parent of Southern California Edison. Your local utility continues to provide grid service. EnFin is the contractual TPO provider. References to Hanwha’s financial scale describe the broader corporate ecosystem and do not state that Hanwha separately guarantees every EnFin obligation. Rights and obligations are governed by the final homeowner agreement. Sources: Hanwha, PG&E, Sempra and Edison International.
