Q.HOME CORE BATTERY CALIFORNIA: review your bill
Start with the service address, current rate plan and twelve months of electricity use when available.

Q.HOME CORE BATTERY CALIFORNIA
Choose a Q.HOME CORE battery configuration by usable energy, power, backup layout and model-specific coverage. Standard CORE and CORE G3 should be compared using separate documents.
Start with the service address, current rate plan and twelve months of electricity use when available.
Review the proposed equipment, estimated production and written manufacturer information.
Connect battery capacity to evening use, rate management and clearly defined backup priorities.
COMPARE THE COMPLETE PROPOSAL
Q.HOME CORE and Q.HOME CORE G3 have different specifications and warranties. The proposal should identify the full model and all required companion equipment. Do not apply a G3 capacity or warranty to an older configuration.
CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT
Qcells describes G3 as AC-coupled storage starting at 13.1 kWh, expandable to 26.2 kWh with the appropriate hub, and delivering 7.6 kW continuous power per unit. Check the proposed configuration for actual usable energy and operating limits.
CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT
Qcells lists a 15-year G3 product warranty with battery-throughput provisions. The controlling warranty document defines limits, conditions and remedies. A lease or PPA’s service obligations are separate; do not call all battery coverage a 25-year manufacturer warranty.
CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT
Check inverter compatibility, electrical service, placement and interconnection requirements. Also confirm how a proposed change affects any existing NEM arrangement. An AC-coupled option may be relevant but is not automatic approval for every system.
CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT
A higher reserve can protect more stored energy for an outage while leaving less to offset evening imports. Ask to compare the projected bill with the setting you intend to use, and list the circuits the system will actually support.
VERIFY CURRENT PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product names, specifications, availability and warranty terms can change. Confirm the exact proposed model and controlling documents before making a decision.
