COMPARE THE COMPLETE PROPOSAL

How a levelized PPA is billed

EnFin’s homeowner guide describes a levelized PPA: estimated annual production is averaged across twelve monthly payments. Output still changes with season and weather. The payment method should not be confused with paying a different invoice for each month’s exact measured output.

CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

Check the annual increase

A payment that is set for the first year can still increase later. As an illustration, a $200 first-year payment with a hypothetical 2.99% annual escalator becomes about $261 in year 10 and $406 in year 25. These figures show compounding, not a quoted EnFin offer.

CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

Read the production protection line by line

If the offer includes a 90% production guarantee, identify the approved estimate, measurement period, degradation schedule, exclusions, reconciliation dates and remedy. Do not assume that a shortfall refund equals your utility’s retail price. A production guarantee does not promise utility-bill savings. Additional household use, remaining fixed charges, export values and battery settings can change your bill even when the array meets its production target.

CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

Compare the full term

Request the year-one payment, every annual increase, fees, transfer conditions and end-of-term options. Ask whether prepaying payments changes equipment ownership. The answer depends on the agreement.

CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

Include the utility account

Solar does not remove your utility connection. Grid imports and applicable fixed charges remain. Compare solar payments plus remaining electric charges using the same household consumption and tariff assumptions.

VERIFY CURRENT PRODUCT INFORMATION

Review the manufacturer’s current documentation.

Product names, specifications, availability and warranty terms can change. Confirm the exact proposed model and controlling documents before making a decision.

RELATIONSHIP & PROJECT QUESTIONS

Know who is responsible for each part of the project.

Is All Star Solar Qcells, Axia or EnFin?

No. All Star Solar is an independent solar sales organization and authorized sales partner of Axia by Qcells. The appropriately licensed installation contractor and all controlling product, warranty and program terms are identified in the final written proposal and agreements.

Who performs the installation?

Project fulfillment and installation are performed by the appropriately licensed contractor identified in the final written proposal and agreement. A service-area or product page does not represent a local All Star Solar installation office.

Are products, financing or savings guaranteed?

No. Equipment and program availability, approval, pricing, production, utility outcomes and savings are property- and applicant-specific. The final proposal, agreements and applicable warranties control.
