Our relationship to Axia

All Star Solar is an authorized Axia by Qcells sales partner. This page is a buyer’s review checklist, not an independent ranking or a collection of customer testimonials. We do not assign an aggregate star rating without a verified review record.

CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

Match the review to the responsible company

A homeowner can have a good experience with the salesperson and a different experience with installation or billing. Identify whether a review concerns All Star Solar, Axia, the assigned installation contractor, Qcells equipment or the finance provider. Check the review date, market, project type and whether the writer reached utility activation. A comment about the first sales call says little about inspection follow-through or service several years later.

CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

Look for specific project details

Useful accounts explain the original scope, any change orders, communication during permits, how inspection corrections were handled and what happened after installation. A detailed response from the responsible company can provide context, but does not erase the homeowner’s experience. Look for a completed installation rather than a referral offer. Distinguish equipment failure from roof, permit, utility and finance issues. Read a range of recent accounts and the company’s replies. Ask whether the same installation team and agreement apply to your property.

CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

Ask for the documents that reviews cannot supply

A positive review does not establish your price, production protection or service coverage. Request the exact equipment schedule, assigned contractor license, warranty documents, payment schedule and process for escalation. For a PPA, read the production reconciliation and transfer terms. If references or project photographs are provided, ask whether they represent the actual contractor and a comparable project. Get permission before contacting a customer or sharing their address.

CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

Turn a concern into a written question

For example, a review mentioning a long activation delay should prompt questions about inspection responsibility, utility submissions and when agreement payments begin. A service complaint should prompt a request for the service contact, response process and exclusions. Compare answers across offers using the same questions. No brand, corporate relationship or favorable rating can guarantee that a future project will have no delays.

VERIFY CURRENT PRODUCT INFORMATION

Review the manufacturer’s current documentation.

Product names, specifications, availability and warranty terms can change. Confirm the exact proposed model and controlling documents before making a decision.

RELATIONSHIP & PROJECT QUESTIONS

Know who is responsible for each part of the project.

Is All Star Solar Qcells, Axia or EnFin?

No. All Star Solar is an independent solar sales organization and authorized sales partner of Axia by Qcells. All Star Solar is not Qcells, Axia, EnFin, the equipment manufacturer or the installation contractor. The appropriately licensed installation contractor and all controlling product, warranty and program terms are identified in the final written proposal and agreements.

Who performs the installation?

Project fulfillment and installation are performed by the appropriately licensed contractor identified in the final written proposal and agreement. A service-area or product page does not represent a local All Star Solar installation office.

Are products, financing or savings guaranteed?

No. Equipment and program availability, approval, pricing, production, utility outcomes and savings are property- and applicant-specific. The final proposal, agreements and applicable warranties control.

Request a California solar-and-battery review.

No generic savings promise. Start with the actual bill, property and written program terms.
